Time Sharing

In November, 2007 Keowee Key’s board adopted rules forbidding time-sharing. It applies to all Keowee Key properties, including condominiums such as ours. If you plan to put your unit on the rental market, you must submit a certification (called a Transient Use Waiver) to the KKPPOA board, that you will not use or allow your unit to be used for time share purposes. The waiver is supposed to be submitted 90 days in advance of the rental contract, but does not need to be submitted more than one time. A copy of the Waiver can be downloaded by clicking here.

Send the completed Waiver to KKPOA, at 1392 Stamp Creek Road, Salem, SC 29676
